If any trend scan fails after a credit is deducted — whether due to insufficient historical market data for a ticker or temporary data-provider latency — our backend engine automatically restores that credit to your wallet instantly. You are never charged a credit for an unsuccessful scan.
1. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
TrendDrishti offers monthly recurring subscriptions (e.g., our Pro Plan at ₹1,499/month for 30 scans):
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Profile settings in the web app or by emailing our support team. When you cancel, recurring billing stops immediately, and you will not be charged on the next billing cycle.
- Access After Cancellation: Canceling does not delete your current balance. You retain full access to your remaining scan credits until the conclusion of your paid billing period.
- Subscription Refunds: Because computational cloud resources and scan allowances are provisioned instantly upon payment, subscription charges are non-refundable once any scan credit from that billing cycle has been consumed. If an automatic renewal occurs and you have not utilized any scans in the new cycle, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the billing date.
2. One-Time Passes & Top-Up Credit Packs
For users opting for non-recurring access (such as our 30-Day Pass at ₹1,999 or standalone scan credit top-ups):
- Credits are delivered to your account instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation.
- Because each scan executes intensive algorithmic matching (Dynamic Time Warping across up to 100 years of daily market history) incurring real-time cloud server costs, purchased passes and credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used.
3. Duplicate Charges & Technical Errors
In the event of network timeouts, payment gateway discrepancies, or duplicate charges during checkout:
- If you were charged but scan credits or subscription access were not credited to your wallet, please notify us within 7 days.
- Upon verifying the transaction with Razorpay or our banking partners, we will either manually credit the scans to your account or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We value our community of quantitative traders. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from utilizing TrendDrishti, or if you believe there has been a billing error, our team is always ready to review your case fairly and promptly.
