1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrendDrishti ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrendDrishti provides historical price-pattern analysis of Indian equities using daily end-of-day price data. For a stock and horizon you choose, it finds past periods where the stock's price pattern most closely resembled the current one and reports what followed. Stocks listed on the NSE and the BSE are covered; a company listed on both exchanges is analysed on its NSE price history. Outputs are statistical summaries of historical price behaviour and are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Service. The Service is available through the TrendDrishti app on Google Play, and an iOS version is planned. Anyone who meets these requirements may create an account; no invitation is needed.

4. Credits & Payments

Each scan consumes 1 credit from your account balance.
Credits are deducted only on successful scan completion. Failed scans are refunded automatically.
Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Additional purchased compute credits do not expire.
Payments made in the Android app or on the web are processed by Razorpay. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store and are also subject to Apple's terms. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
For refund queries, see our Refund Policy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any outputs from the Service.
Use automated scripts or bots to submit scans.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms.
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that scan results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular trading strategy. Historical structural setups do not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendDrishti shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on any output from the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
